As we step into a new year, I’ve been thinking a lot about cycles — not just calendar years, but the energetic ones we move through whether we’re conscious of them or not.

This year marks the beginning of a new nine-year cycle in numerology — what’s known as a One Year. It’s less about “pushing harder” and more about orientation: noticing what wants to begin, what no longer fits, and where curiosity is quietly asking for your attention.

In my most recent episode of Intuition Unleashed, I sat down again with numerology expert Cindy Van Arnam to explore what this new cycle means — not as a prediction, but as a framework for understanding timing, choice, and personal authority.
