Overwhelmed This Holiday Season? Let’s Cut the Clutter


The holidays are here—and so is the overwhelm.

Not just the shopping lists, family plans, and endless emails, but the mental loops too: Did I forget something? What’s next? Am I doing enough?

It’s easy to feel like you’re stuck in overdrive, spinning your wheels just to keep up. But here’s the thing: it’s not about doing more. It’s about letting go of the right things.

One of my favorite ways to clear the mental clutter—especially during the holiday hustle—is to create white space: intentional time when you’re not planning, working, or glued to your phone.

This isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.

Even 15 minutes a day can help you reset and reconnect with yourself.

Take a quiet walk, listen to holiday music without multitasking, or simply sit with your thoughts. Give yourself permission to breathe.
